The purpose of this guide is to group the laws of the fishing industry into an organic whole, to provide a very useful tool for the operators. To facilitate consultation, the subject has been subdivided into production activities regarding fishing through to shellfish (which have a special legislation), to the selling of fish products, and official controls. However, part of the regulation on fish products is of general enforceability.
