Aim of this study is to examine etiological, clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic features of elderly patients observed in our Center since last 5 years. 100 patients over 60 years have been identified with onset over 40 years. Results: 55 M and 45 F. Of them 86 pts had evidenced partial seizures. Cerebrovascular disease (45%) and brain tumor (16%) are the main etiology of epilepsy. Good prognosis of epilepsy in elderly is confirmed by two results: the majority of patients was on monotherapy and 21 were never treated.
